That's a damn cool unit.
Glad I don't worry about tuning, I need a paying pedal.

With this tuner, I've already discovered that on most guitars, the volume shouldn't be all the way up and the tone turned all the way down. Also, I found the pitch doesn't wander nearly as much if you pluck the string right at the bridge. I've also found (with new, locking Grovers) that if I get the pitch dead on, it will go slightly flat when I take my hand off the tuning knob. It's that sensitive. I'm sure my learning curve has only begun.I can never seem to get the strobe to stop in one place.
Maybe I have for crap machine heads on my guitars?
I don't worry about tuning. I just want the 12th fret to be as out of tune as the open string. That's a damn cool unit.

Believe me, I need all the street cred I can get!Isn't that in the same category as: "But it goes to ELEVEN!"?
Hope so!Nice find! Now, that should motivate you to get that workbench built.
Yeah, that would definitely bring out any latent geekiness! If I was 40 years younger and thought I had a chance at becoming a guitar tech, I'd have one in a heartbeat. For this late 60's old geezer, my 40+ year old strobe tuner is just dandy! Now if you REALLY want to be a guitar geek!

And to think that for hundreds of years countless symphony orchestras have delighted countless audiences by playing some of the most beautiful music ever written and beginning each performance by having the entire ensemble tune to a humble oboist playing an "A".
Work bench? He needs to get the stage built for Lloydstock!Nice find! Now, that should motivate you to get that workbench built.
Yeah, but everyone has a Snark (or twelve.... busted... in a junk drawer).Well, then there's this that's supposedly accurate to 1/10 of 1 Hz: https://www.musiciansfriend.com/accessories/snark-super-snark-hz-clip-on-tuner
Until tomorrow morning, you can two for less than the price of one on an SDOTD: https://www.musiciansfriend.com/stupid

That's why you have to buy a 2-pack.
I have to say, I've got about 6 of them and not one has broken (knock on wood).
You just need to buy batteries in bulk, I'm digging the D'Addario Equinox tuners these daysThat's why you have to buy a 2-pack.
