So, sick of not having an editor for my 11 Rack I ordered this:



Fits into my setup with the same cable connections, USB to the computer, XLR to the FRFR speaker



And it has a great Editor than runs on my MAC and it is compatible with Catalina



Did a lot of research and I did not want a pedal format so the Headrush was out of the running. The sound quality is amazing on this, the best analogy I can think of is the 11 Rack was SD and this is HD. The presets are pretty good but it is easy to build a rig, with hundreds of options for amps and cabs and pedals. More capabilities than I will ever use, but so far I am very happy with it.

I had the prior model Axe/FX, got the III last summer as it just can't be beat!

Since it's been out about a year there's great deals to be had on them now.

Pretty cool.
Looks like it will do everything.

Not for me but, I like to now what went into the decision process.
What makes this a better choice then all the other stuff out there?

For what I use digital for, the 11 rack is fine, it's basically my practice amp.
