how to redeem Golden Tickets

Greetings,

This is my first post although I've been a member since February. I should have earned two Golden Tickets by now but I can't find anything about them on the site. Can someone please explain the process?

I've been playing for two years now. I've got a local guitar teacher and belong to several other sites but I find myself most often here with Griff. I'm 67 and live in Pittsburgh.

A couple "updates" to the Golden Ticket FAQ page.

The ticket shows up on your "My Courses" page, on the left hand side below your list of courses, not on your "All Access Pass Members" page.

Griff does provide the option to purchase DVDs and manuals once you redeem a ticket. The options show up as "buttons" on the intro page for the redeemed course, to the left below the mp3 player.
