BGU Solo #5

I had been working on solo 4, but never gotten more than about 15 bars in, so I switched gear to solo 5. This is after 2 weeks and I thought I had better get something out before the June Challenge starts. I know a couple of the bends are a little flat, there is some sloppiness in the in the third lick. Also, I seem to have added an extra note in the final turnaround? Plenty to work on!

I'm currently working on #5 as well. And I'm having troubles in the same areas as you. I think you're recording is very good. Of course there are a couple of spots that aren't perfect, but that's fine. Move on. Keep coming back to this one as you learn new stuff. Pretty soon you'll be able to play it with no problem. You're very close on this one.

Well done! I am not going to criticize (constructive or otherwise) in any way because you probably know better than I do what needs work. However, if you focus on the good stuff, you will hear some real smooth playing. I liked it a lot -- nice job!
