This sounds great. All of your courses are fantastic!
Do you have a listing of these licks; from what songs?

    • Griff says:

I’m afraid I didn’t really keep track. I stole from Jimmy Page, David Gilmour, Slash, Angus Young, Mark Knopfler, Clapton, and a bunch of others I can’t recall.

  2. Bob Curtis says:

This is great! Let’s see some licks from Toni Iommi, Rick Nielsen and Richie Blackmore!

  3. Jack Runnels says:

I really like the 50CRLBTB. I have sat at the Lap top Amp Table. This week end playing has been alot of fun for me. This week a split between 50 Rock and 50 Blues
    licks.

  4. Tim Moran says:

Ummm. Doesn’t that lick start on beat one? (I know, it’s a lick, not a solo….)

    • Griff says:

True! And for classic rock that’s actually fairly common… that’s another thing that makes it quite a bit different from blues.

  5. Jack Donoghue says:

Hi, Griff. Any DVDs or is it totally online?

    • John G. says:

Soome (all?) oof Griff’s courses include DVDs

    • Griff says:

This one is online. Most folks don’t buy DVDs anymore so it has gotten cost prohibitive to make them in super small quantities. In addition, the quality is actually better now online than the DVDs are and the players are more functional. It’s a better experience overall and you can download it in the event you don’t have internet everywhere you go.

  6. Wex says:

Love the licks but the tone even more. Can you share ….strings, effects , mic’d or DI?

    • Griff says:

It’s my standard setup, the PRS (10s) into my Eleven Rack (Super Reverb emulation) and for gain I’m using the MI Effects Crunch Box with the gain about 11:30 and tone about noon. Normally for blues stuff I’d use my Blues Driver, but for the rock stuff I like the Crunch Box

  7. Vince says:

what are the backing chords on this?

I get very confused and never really understand what I’m doing
