Now if you are soloing, you know that the big secret to blues soloing is judicious use of both the major and the minor blues sounds. Sure you can use just minor, but if you know how and when to put the major sound in… that’s better.<\/p>\n
BUT – while a lot of folks know you that can use the major sound, actually doing it is something completely different… and that has to do with how you know your boxes.<\/p>\n
We typically don’t learn boxes from root notes, we learn them from the 6th string. If I can get you to start to re-think that today, then you’re on to some pretty big things.<\/p>\n
