I can’t help it… more and more I realize that I am a true fan of the Texas electric blues. Cats like SRV and Eric Johnson might be the guys from my generation, but I gotta give some love to some of the greats like Otis Rush, Albert Collins and Freddie King. I know there are a bunch more, but we’ll stick with these guys for now. What style\/state\/city has inspired you most?? There are plenty out there from the early Chicago blues, maybe some St. Louis is more your vibe, or perhaps you got into the soulful New Orleans sound, or maybe Texas is your thing too. There are even the country blues cats out of the Appalachian trails that might be your thing. Whatever it is, I bet it talks right to your soul. Here are some of the greats slingers that have inspired so much of my sound and feel. Enjoy!<\/p>\n
