One of these women, and a mighty good guitarist to boot, is Rory Block. Rory has come back on the scene in an explosive way, having studied up on the blues icon Robert Johnson and spent some quality time learning from the Mississippi Delta blues musicians while they were still on this earth. I collected a few performance videos featuring some great covers of the old classic blues songs, and one video about the story behind the Rory Block original tune, &#8220;Lovin&#8217; Whiskey.&#8221; I sure enjoyed all the videos and hope you will too.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll start out with the classic &#8220;Terraplane Blues&#8221; performed by the great Rory Block.
