Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks have been a powerhouse duo for blues music ever since they both joined up with the Allman Brothers Band.\u00a0 Haynes and Trucks have both moved on to pursue their own bands and careers, but I found a very cool video featuring the duo playing the classic Elmore James blues song, “The Sky Is Crying.”\u00a0 Haynes voice seems like it was meant to sing the blues and Trucks is featured for his awesome blues slide guitar playing.\u00a0 The band kills it in this video and I think you’re really going to enjoy it.<\/p>\n

Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks have been recorded playing together many times and it’s a good thing because the duo plays very well together.\u00a0 They front the Allman Brothers Band in this video performance of the classic Elmore James blues song, “The Sky Is Crying.”\u00a0 Check it out at http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Wr_9yt4hsHg&feature=related<\/a>.<\/p>\n
