Here's What To Expect…

In just a few minutes you should receive an email from helpdesk@bluesguitarunleashed.com with your order confirmation details. In the event there are any problems you can reach us at helpdesk@bluesguitarunleashed.com.

DVD Orders:

DVD and physical media orders ship in 1-2 business days and will arrive usually in 3-5 business days domestically and anywhere from 7-30 days outside the US unless you chose expedited shipping (Express Mail Int'l) which is a 5-7 business day guarantee.

Unfortunately it's very difficult for us to do much about packages once they leave the US, but if you have trouble please contact us once you've given the package sufficient time to arrive. If we can, we will reship the package or give you a refund if we cannot get it to you.

Digital Delivery Orders

You will receive an email shortly with login links and instructions. If you have purchased any digital courses previously you can login to http://bluesguitarunleashed.com/members/login like usual and you should see your new course already there.

If your login instructions don't arrive, you can visit http://bluesguitarunleashed.com/members/login, enter your email address and click the “forgot password” link to get your password reset and sent to you.
