Hi there. I've had a Vox Amplug AC30 headphone amp for years, and it's been really handy for private practice through headphones.
But just last month I got the new Amplug I/O which has a USB interface for connection to a PC/Mac. Add in the JAMVOX software and you get a really nice package.
The JamVox software has emulations of dozens of Amps. Pedals, Effects, Pickups that you can mix, match and individually select. All the pedals and effects have all the switches and controls, allowing you to set them how you like.
Choose one of the pre-selected "packages", then modify the settings, add or remove effects; or just build your own amp and pedalboard package; the choices seem endless.
You can record your guitar with or without jam/backing tracks. It claims to be able to record video, but I haven't tried that yet.
75 bucks. Bargain!!
