Rockys 5th and Main

I finally got back tp [playing after doing all the material for the BGU Jam session, although not finished yet.

This isn't perfect but good enough to move on to the next piece and then come back to it to finsh off.

I found the 5th string shapes more difficult to master for some reason, although perhaps master isn't the right term just yet !!!

Sounds like progress to me. I am just just starting this lesson and still  in the "scratching my head 'stage

Yeh i did a lot of scratching as well, then moved on to aching wrists and fingers.  I thought I had the notes memorised on the 5th string but when I was playing I found I was hesitating which then put me under pressure to get the pattern right.  It took a few sessions before I had truely memorised the positions of the notes so that I had more time to get the shapes right.

Good luck with it.

Playin' for the fun of it.
I'm sitting on my hotel balcony watching the sun go down and I've a glass of red in my hand, so as you can imagine that sounds pretty good. There're tricky those chords changes but they're good to build into a training routine. Well done Rocky.  [smiley=beer.gif]
