So was the point that 2021 will be just like 2020?

As someone who followed the GoT saga, I'd say the message was a little more nuanced. The first character was openly, brashly, in-your-face gleefully evil and you knew right away what you were in for. The second character was possibly even more evil, but in a darker, more sinister way, and he was introduced as a sympathetic (even helpful) character and often liked to play with his victims by acting nice for a while.

Draw your own conclusions, of course.

I would keep the be healthy part

I have some chronic conditions that are controlled with medication (high blood pressure and COPD). I haven't got sick with the COVID or flu unless it was asymtomatic. Got this years flu shot but that's always a crap shoot since they need to produce the vaccine before they know exactly which strain will be prevalent in the coming year.
