Hi,

Let me start by wishing everybody here a prosperous 2021.
One of my New Year’s resolutions is to get better at fingerstyle country blues. It takes a lot of practice, but it is also very rewarding if you like playing on the porch.

Very, very good! Nice rhythm you have there. I have tried this a lot over the years and I realise how difficult it can be and that's why I eventually stopped!

Very nice Wim. Reminds me of the style of Mississippi John Hurt - simple but eloquent. That whole "double-thumbing" technique is really hard to master, and you've done a nice job here.

It's working and it is only Jan. 3rd-Nice job--that ain't easy to do.....I always thought you had to have 2 brains to play that way. One for the thumb and 4 for the fingers, but you got it going.
