Profile Posts

I see a number of members have used Profile Posts in an attempt to contact me with a question.

I do not get any kind of a notification that there is a profile post that needs my attention.

I apologize for missing your question but I do not check everyone’s profile posts.

Please contact me directly by starting a Conversation, Or you can post a question in the appropriate area of the Forum. If you are not sure which area, the Lounge works.

All of us Moderators are on the Forum several times each day, so if you post your questions where we get notified, you will get a response.
