Major Minor Blues Shapes

I
ntroduces the Boxes in each "section" of the fretboard and plays the G Major and G minor pentatonic scales from each root note (G) in that section. A solo example follows for each section.

Slow Blues Supplement

Similar to MMBS, but includes the additional exercise of switching between Major and minor sounds every 8 notes over a "vamp" in G. Solos are more "difficult" and there is discussion of "Every chord is I" and the "Composite Blues Scale".

Pentatonic Scales & Technique Mastery

Will get you "fluent" in playing the Boxes, but without referencing any particular tonal centers, i.e. scales or roots.
