I've been digging through archived backing tracks on my computer as the weather has been getting colder. I found this one that appears to have been previously uploaded in 2017. It reminds me of an old Mike Zito tune called "Ways About You" in the feel of the track. It runs about 6 and a half minutes. Please have at it.

    Nice track.
I'll sit this one out though, hope we get some of the newer players jumping in on this.

I wish I knew the secret to getting more people to participate. I remember when I first joined the forum, I said I would join when I felt good enough. Some wise sage told me if I waited until I thought I was good enough, it would probably never happen. Nowadays I sit a few out just so I don't feel like I'm hogging the place.

24 hours and no takers yet, so I'll give it a shot.

    ***RECORDING***

I took the first 1:20. Hopefully the overdrive and delay are not too over the top. I panned the full overdrive track to the left channel and no overdrive panned right. It seemed to smooth it out a little bit.

TZ, you can pan and track and smooooth. You can even overdrive, and delay if you must. The playing, it sounds good bro! (y)(y)

Me too Moto (some thanks to you), pan left, pan right, fryin pan, pandemonium, put my pans on one...

I started writing to TZ and started getting silly and lyrical. (and delay if you must..) I'm sure that's how Mozart did it. you know he sat around..

    da da da...no

    da da da...no dang

    da da da...rats

da da da...this is getting old

da da da da. That's it!!! Mozart's fifth!!!

doubt if this one gets finished though :) (I meant the tune in my mind guys, not this vjr thread :))

    Arty,
First part sounds like Griff's palm muting lesson

Thanks. It was done under duress. All my audio gear is absent, so I did the whole thing with headphones and post-processing on the computer. I've become such a wimp about that stuff.
