Eye Opening Exercise

Trying to solo using Ab Major Box 2 & moving to Eb Major Box 4 or 5 has once again shown me that I don't know my boxes as well as I think I do.

Since the 2 scales have 4 out of 5 notes in common, I'd go with Eb Major left-facing Box 4.

Eye opener for me was how much mileage you can get out of that chromatic riff with blue note (4, b5, 5) over each chord. Goes a long way
