Example 4.1

Strange, but in the book, page 34 showing Example 4.1, the very first measure is missing. The music starts on measure two, and there are 11 measures up the first double bar. After that there are two choruses of 12 measures as one would expect.
Printing error?
No big deal, just found it odd.
