They are two different sections of the server, but you log in to each one separately. The good news is if you know your email and password that gets you into this site, the same combination will get you into the members site.

Then click on "Cool Stuff" and the All Access Pass link should be on the drop down list.

Actually, there is an easier way.
At the top of this page and every page in the forum, you should see in the menu, "Member Portal"
Clicking on that will take you to the link I previously described.
Also, once you have logged in there, you should stay logged in for some time and not have to enter email and password every time.
