Here is a little variation on the 1-4-5. This is more of a 1-5-1-5-1-5-4-5-4-5-4-1 (Eminor)..or something like that. The trick is to hit those chord changes but I was as much miss as I was hit. I took the first 1:43.

OK. I agree with TZ on this one. The chord changes aren't in the most intuitive spots. Still, it's a 12 bar progression! Here's my noise. 3:00 to 4:44
