Early Kossoff

I really enjoyed the Rock and Roll session today, and for future sessions maybe a look at some of Paul Kossoff's early work with Free, such as Going Down Slow, I'm a Mover or the Hunter. (Albert King cover)

edit: I added a better link to Going Down Slow.

Or one of his later songs with Back Street Crawler, Tuesday Morning. Kinda a long song but I think this one would be a good workout. :sneaky:

A relatively short career but he had great tone when using his LP....big fat tone! BSCrawler was a good lp but unfortunately he was in decline health wise.

Yep, the album cover pic showed a guy who looked pretty messed up. But as you mention, great tone, and without pedals as far as I know.
