Wow, you saw that? Lloyd's post went up while I was writing mine, and when I saw his post (immediately after I posted) I went and deleted mine because I thought the info was redundant. So it was up for maybe all of a couple of minutes. However, if the pics were useful I'll put them back up here.

On dropbox.com, click on the Share button (not the dropdown menu):

In the window that opens, at the bottom right, click Create link:

After the link is created, click on Copy link (same place, same window):

Paste that link into your VJR post. You can change www to dl if you want to. With this approach, people can listen to the file without downloading it and they can download it if they want to.
